Complaints and complaints

Any person or institution that is part of the Interest Groups identified in this Code may present any of the following actions:

  • Complaint: Mechanism through which the person reveals or informs about possible breaches of the Internal Rules of Latinex Group.
  • Complaint: Mechanism through which the person respectfully expresses their dissatisfaction with the services they receive from Grupo Latinex. There is no breach of the Internal Rules or claims.
  • Claim: Mechanism through which the person makes a request or request for compliance, compensation or restitution as a result of the relationship they maintain with any of the Latinex Group companies.

Grupo Latinex makes this communication channel available to the general public to receive complaints, complaints or claims against the companies of the Latinex Group, its Directors, External Members or Collaborators, for which we appreciate completing the following fields:
